We offer several different delivery options to allow you the choice of how you get your goods from us.

Local Delivery – If you live in Torbay then we deliver to you, for free, on any purchase over £10. Assuming we receive your order before 1730, you will receive your goods that very same evening.

Postcodes covered are TQ1, TQ2, TQ3, TQ4 and TQ5.

National Delivery – For smaller items we send via Royal Mail and items are sent 1st Class. 1st class aims to deliver within 1 – 2 working days. For larger items we send via Interlink who is part of DPD, Europe’s Number 1 logistics company. Order before 1500 for next day delivery and you will receive a text message on the morning of your delivery with your 1 hour time slot.


If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

  • Returns You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
    If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
