We offer several different delivery options to allow you the choice of how you get your goods from us.
Local Delivery – If you live in Torbay then we deliver to you, for
free, on any purchase over £10. Assuming we receive your order before
1730, you will receive your goods that very same evening.
covered are TQ1, TQ2, TQ3, TQ4 and TQ5.
National Delivery – For smaller items we send via Royal Mail and
items are sent 1st Class. 1st class aims to deliver within 1 – 2 working
days. For larger items we send via Interlink who is part of DPD,
Europe’s Number 1 logistics company. Order before 1500 for next day
delivery and you will receive a text message on the morning of your
delivery with your 1 hour time slot.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
- We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
