Why Hydrolysed ?
Dog food allergies are often caused by proteins and can result in digestive and skin problems. Hydrolysed dog food uses a process called hydrolysis to break down proteins into smaller fragments (Peptides), making them easier for dogs to digest. This also helps reduce the chances of triggering an allergic response from the dog's immune system. 

Peptides enhance absorption and provide essential amino acids for key proteins in skin, such as keratin, collagen, and elastin. They also have beneficial effects on skin health, such as increasing production and thickness. Dermatological problems can be caused by a protein sensitivity or allergy, by hydrolysing the protein they minimize the likelihood of a reaction by breaking down the protein into smaller peptides.
